HPE Cray Supercomputing Programming Environment Software offers your programmers a complete set of tools for developing, porting, debugging, and tuning of their code so they can develop applications and bring innovations to the market faster. Save time by simplifying the transition to varying hardware architectures and configurations by automatically applying optimizations on HPC applications that use existing programming models with a simple recompile. HPE Cray Supercomputing Programming Environment Software provides a future-ready solution at a reduced cost with built-in languages, models, libraries, and tools.
HPE Smart Array SR SmartCache
Do you need to increase the performance of your storage system?
HPE Smart Array SR SmartCache is a controller-based, caching solution in a DAS environment that caches the most frequently accessed data ("hot" data) onto lower latency Solid State Drives (SSDs) to dynamically accelerate application workloads.
HPE SmartCache is hosted on HPE Smart Array Controllers and can be enabled on HPE ProLiant Gen10, Gen9, and Gen8 servers with Smart Array P-class controllers with 1 GB or larger Flash-Backed Write Cache (FBWC).
SmartCache is deployed and managed through the same management tool for HPE Smart Arrays—HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA).
HPE OneView for Microsoft System Center
Could managing your HPE Synergy infrastructure, HPE ProLiant Servers, HPE enclosures, and HPE Virtual Connect with a single, effective product be a benefit to your business?
HPE OneView for Microsoft System Center provides seamless integration of the powerful HPE Synergy, HPE ProLiant, and HPE BladeSystem manageability features into Microsoft® System Center. Licensed with HPE Synergy and HPE OneView, these extensions deliver comprehensive system health and alerting, driver and firmware updates, and detailed inventory. Integrating the management features of HPE Synergy, HPE ProLiant Servers, and HPE BladeSystem into Microsoft System Center consoles, administrators can gain greater control of their technology environments. This provides consistency for software deployment and updates and enables a faster response in the event of server or storage failure, reducing the risk of downtime.
HPE Smart Storage Administrator
Do you need a quick and efficient method for the setup, configuration, and management of the storage controllers in your HPE ProLiant server?
HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) offers a single interface that quickly sets up, configures and manages the HPE Smart Arrays controllers and the HPE SAS Host Bus Adapters (HBA). With HPE SSA, you can also configure the cryptographic features of HPE Secure Encryption, enable HPE SSD Smart Path and create different optimization and priorities associated with the drives and controllers.
It replaces the HPE Array Configuration Utility (ACU), and has an updated design for HPE ProLiant servers that enhances the storage experience. It will expose new features and functionalities for various Smart Storage initiatives as they become available.
HPE IMC Virtual Application Networking Fabric Manager Software
HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC) Software, with the optional HPE IMC Virtual Application Networking Fabric Manager Software, includes added functionality called HPE FlexFabric Network Analytics. When HPE FlexFabric Network Analytics is combined with the HPE FlexFabric 5940 or 5950 Switch it delivers real time visibility of microburst network congestion which negatively impacts overall network operations and performance.
Microbursts last only for sub seconds making its detection difficult by today’s network monitoring tools such as SNMP. HPE FlexFabric Network Analytics enables the network operator to pinpoint these microburst congestion points and their sources. This gives the network operator granular visibility into these spontaneous congestion points. With this information operators will be able to analyze in more detail their network configuration and make the necessary adjustments as needed for optimal network performance.
HPE Virtualized Nonstop Software
Wondering how to deploy your Mission-Critical solution in your private-cloud?
With HPE Virtualized NonStop (vNS) your applications can now benefit from the unique scalability and availability advantages offered by the HPE NonStop platform and deploy them in your private cloud managed by VMware. With Enterprises embracing a Hybrid IT strategy, they deploy applications which have stringent mission-critical availability requirements in their private cloud. By doing this Enterprises get the business benefits offered by IT standardization and cloud architectures. With its massively parallel processing architecture coupled with its ability to survive single point failures, HPE vNS provides the unique advantages of mission-critical availability and near linear scalability for workloads deployed in a private cloud.
NVIDIA HPC SDK Compiler Support Services
Are you a scientist, researcher, or an HPC programmer at a national laboratory, research university, or a commercial organization who develops modeling and simulation applications in weather forecasting, climate modeling, high-energy physics, materials science, computational chemistry, computational biology, computational fluid dynamics, structural analysis, astrophysics, geophysical sciences, and similar fields?
Hewlett Packard Enterprise partners with NVIDIA to provide compiler support for those who utilize the NVIDA HPC Software Development Kit. HPC SDK Compiler Support Services (HCSS) provide enterprise-grade support for the HPC compilers within the NVIDIA HPC SDK, specifically the NVFORTRAN, NVC++, and NVC compilers.
HPE Agentless Management
Tired of installing agents on your servers to monitor them? With the HPE Agentless Management solution, the management software (SNMP and Redfish) operate within the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) firmware instead of the host’s Operating System (OS) freeing up memory and processor resources on the host’s OS for use by server applications. No agents in the OS means no opening up networks ports reducing security threats, especially for those platforms that may interface directly to the Internet. With HPE Agentless Management in addition to monitoring all key internal subsystems (such as thermal, power, and memory), iLO sends SNMP management alerts directly to any Datacenter Information Management system such as HPE OneView, HPE System Insight Manager (SIM) etc., even with no host OS installed or running.
The optional HPE Agentless Management Service can collect and send specific OS and device information that cannot communicate with the iLO, to the iLO via the PCIe bus.
