HPE StoreOnce single node HW Catalyst SVC (Per Event)
HPE StoreOnce single node Catalyst Startup Service provides implementation and verification of the backup and remote copy features of HPE StoreOnce Catalyst functionality.
This service provides a basis for the implementation of HPE StoreOnce Catalyst software, and the testing services necessary to deploy increased functionality to branch offices or move data between data centers on your HPE StoreOnce environment. HPE StoreOnce Catalyst software for HPE StoreOnce Backup allows clients to deduplicate data on media servers or backup servers before it is transferred to a centralized HPE StoreOnce Backup system.
The service is offered for one StoreOnce single-node appliance only, covering Catalyst, StoreOnce VSA, Cloud Bank Storage or StoreOnce VSA and VTL/NAS. The service is not offered as a standalone product and must be included with a StoreOnce single-node appliance, covering Catalyst, Cloud Bank Storage and StoreOnce VSA or StoreOnce VSA and VTL/NAS.
This Catalyst startup service provides setup of HPE StoreOnce Catalyst, and creates one Catalyst or Catalyst Cloud Bank Storage store on one StoreOnce single-node appliance, or up to five StoreOnce VTLs or up to five StoreOnce NAS shares. As part of this service, Hewlett Packard Enterprise will take you through the HPE StoreOnce Catalyst features, prepare your organization to architect and deploy the HPE StoreOnce Catalyst design into your production environment, and explain how you can build and enhance StoreOnce Catalyst stores.

With the assistance of your designated IT storage administrator and using Hewlett Packard Enterprise best practices, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist will help plan, design, and deploy your HPE StoreVirtual 3K File Controller. The Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist will also perform HPE installation verification tests and provide predelivery planning and a brief customer orientation session.

This service covers HPE EVA4400 arrays, HPE EVA4400 starter kits, and HPE P6300 EVA arrays, including both starter and combo kit models.
The service provides the necessary activities required to deploy the HPE EVA disk arrays into operation. With the assistance of the designated IT storage administrator, an HPE service specialist plans, designs, and deploys a customized array configuration.

HPE Resource Services is your source for project management, software and hardware technical specialists, IT service management (ITSM), and business critical consultancy to assist you in meeting your project or technical goals. There are multiple resources available that can be combined to meet the unique needs of your organization:
• HPE project management resources provide administrative assistance, disciplined project methodology, and a single point of contact for your IT project needs.
• HPE hardware technical resources provide customized proactive hardware support, such as assisting with your hardware deployment, moves, configuration, or upgrade plans, to meet the specific needs of your organization and provide complementary assistance on the installed system.
• HPE software technical resources provide customized proactive assistance and support for HPE-supported software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• HPE technical resources can provide advices and/or services related to customer environment, hardware, system infrastructure software, and virtualized environment, including technical performance and capacity assessment.

HPE Startup BladeSystem Matrix Expansion Kit Integration Service
When you upgrade your HPE CloudSystem Matrix environment, it is important to make sure that every component of your environment is upgraded to the appropriate, corresponding firmware version.
The HPE CloudSystem Matrix Upgrade Implementation Services include a project manager to coordinate the technical pre-planning, installation, configuration, and testing of your HPE CloudSystem Matrix upgrade package. The Matrix delivery specialist(s) performing the specific upgrade service package will help ensure that all components are upgraded to the proper version, including both software and firmware entities; perform a Matrix functionality demonstration to verify that the environment is fully operational; and provide a brief orientation for your staff.
There are three HPE CloudSystem Matrix Upgrade Implementation Service packages to choose from:
Package 1: CloudSystem Matrix Expansion Kit Implementation Service (2 days)
Integrates up to four CloudSystem Expansion Kits into your existing Matrix environment (upgrades enclosure components’ firmware to the correct version for your Matrix environment)
Package 2: CloudSystem Matrix Upgrade Implementation Service (4 days)
When the current Matrix central management server (CMS) is still sufficient to handle planned managed server growth over the next six to 12 months, both the HPE Insight software and Matrix firmware will be upgraded to versions appropriate to the existing Matrix CMS.
Package 3: CloudSystem Matrix Upgrade with Migration Implementation Service (6 days)
When the current Matrix CMS requires updating to facilitate the planned managed server growth over the next six to 12 months, both the HPE Insight software and Matrix firmware will be upgraded to versions appropriate to your new Matrix CMS (provided by you), and the data from the existing CMS will be migrated over to the new CMS.

HPE Data Privacy Services bring your organization the necessary infrastructure support to help you protect and optimize sensitive data across the entire IT lifecycle, while accelerating business innovation and complying with data security regulations. The need for data privacy solutions and infrastructure support continues to rise at a very high rate due to changes in government regulations and the business risk mitigation associated with material management and control. When your organization is retiring systems, upgrading storage and servers, returning leased equipment, or redeploying data storing devices, it is critical that you take steps to protect the company information they contain. Simply deleting the files on the hard drive, however, is not enough to make the data permanently inaccessible.
HPE Data Sanitization Services provide the skilled resources and tools to help your organization address this important but often overlooked security risk. Using specialized software techniques, an HPE service specialist or authorized service partner will help ensure that data cannot be reconstructed or retrieved from hard disk media in your server and storage devices. These services offer you a smart alternative or augmentation to physical hardware destruction by executing procedures to remove data from disk media.

HPE StoreVirtual 4600 Startup HW SVC
HPE StoreVirtual 4600 Installation and Startup Service provides for the installation and configuration of the HPE StoreVirtual 4600 components, including the Central Management Console. A Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist will install and configure an HPE StoreVirtual server blade into your existing HPE BladeSystem enclosure. In addition, the specialist will install and cable the HPE D2700 Disk Enclosure (the drive enclosure plus disk drives), along with two SAS switches, complete the configuration via HPE Onboard Administrator (OA) and Central Management Console (CMC) software, and run the required HPE-supported software residing on the HPE StoreVirtual server blade.
The specialist will also check firmware levels and update them to the required levels. This Basic installation service will only create the recommended HPE standard configuration (with regards to mapping, back-end zoning, RAID, and so on).
In addition, this service will also include a predelivery consultation and customer orientation session.
