HPE Installation and Startup 3PAR 8000 and 20000 Hardware Standalone Service
Designed to provide a smooth startup, HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000, 9000, and 20000 Storage Installation and Startup Service provides deployment of your HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000, 9000, and 20000 Storage, helping to ensure proper installation in your storage environment as well as helping you increase the benefit from your storage investment.
The service provides activities required to help you deploy your HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000, 9000, and 20000 Storage into operation. With the assistance of your designated IT storage administrator, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist deploys your array as more fully described in the Service features table.
When ordered with hardware upgrade products, the service also provides deployment of hardware upgrades to your existing HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000, 9000, and 20000 Storage.
The service includes the following:
For new arrays, configuration and presentation of a test virtual volume using nonproduction data for up to two hosts
For array upgrades, installation and configuration of the array upgrade products as further detailed in the following sections
Reconfiguration of your existing array—for example, virtual volumes, hosts, or a SAN—is outside the scope of this service.
For installation of the array into a rack, supply, assembly, configuration, and positioning of the rack are excluded from this service. Please refer to additional exclusions in the Service limitations section.

HPE Installation and Startup HPN Top of Rack Service
HPE Installation and Startup Service for HPE Networking Top of Rack (ToR) switching products coordinates the installation, configuration, and verification and is designed to get your new HPE networking device quickly up and running and connected to your network infrastructure.
This service is available for select HPE switching products. With this service, you will also receive a brief orientation session on the product features installed.
The device configuration, final verification tests and orientation session for this service are delivered remotely. On-site delivery of these items may be available in some geographic locations and may result in additional charges. Please contact your local HPE representative for details. Please also refer to the Service Limitations section below for more details.
HPE Installation and Startup IMC Basic and Standard Service Per Event
HPE Installation and Startup Service for HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC) products coordinates installation, configuration, and verification and is designed to get your IMC system quickly up and running and managing your network infrastructure.
This service is delivered remotely and provides for the installation and configuration of IMC Basic, IMC Standard, or IMC Enterprise Edition for a single campus location with up to 1,000 nodes (network-connected devices). During installation, this service will allow for discovery of up to 100 network devices.
On-site delivery of this service may be available in some geographic locations and, where available, may be subject to additional charges. Please contact your local HPE representative for details
HPE Aruba Networking Foundational Care 3Y NBD Exch HW Support Only SVC
HPE Foundation Care Exchange Service combines popular remote hardware and software services that enable you to increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. Hewlett Packard Enterprise technical resources work with your IT team to help you to resolve hardware and software problems on your HPE products.
Hardware exchange offers a reliable and fast parts exchange service for eligible Hewlett Packard Enterprise products. Specifically targeted at products that can easily be shipped and on which you can easily restore data from backup files, HPE Foundation Care Exchange is a cost-efficient and convenient alternative to onsite support.
Hardware exchange provides a replacement product or part delivered free of freight charges to your location within a specified period of time. Replacement products or parts are new or equivalent to new in performance.
Software support for HPE Networking products provides remote technical support and access to software updates and patches. Customers can access updates to software and reference manuals as soon as they are made available.
In addition, HPE Foundation Care Exchange provides electronic access to related product and support information, enabling any member of your IT staff to locate commercially available essential information.
HPE Installation and Startup StoreEasy 1650 Expanded Storage Service
HPE StoreEasy 1000/3000 Network Storage Solution Installation and Startup Service provides the necessary activities required to deploy the HPE StoreEasy 1000/3000 Network Storage Solution into your storage environment.
With the assistance of your designated IT storage administrator and using Hewlett Packard Enterprise best practices, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist will help plan, design, and deploy your HPE StoreEasy 1000/3000 Network Storage Solution. The Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist will also perform HPE installation verification tests and provide pre-delivery planning and a brief Customer orientation session.
