This fixed-price/fixed-deliverable service is designed for needs of the BladeSystem c-class infrastructure. For more advanced installation and configuration requirements, customized installation is available.

HPE Installation Service provides for the basic installation of Hewlett Packard Enterprise branded equipment, software products, as well as HPE-supported products from other vendors that are sold by HPE or by HPE authorized resellers. The Installation Service is part of a suite of HPE deployment services that are designed to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your HPE and HPE-supported products have been installed by a Hewlett Packard Enterprise specialist in accordance with the manufacturer’s product documentation.
HPE DMR 4-hour 24x7 Onsite HW Support 4 year
HPE Hardware Support Onsite Service provides remote assistance and onsite support for your covered hardware, helping you to improve product uptime.
You have the flexibility to choose between multiple service-level options featuring several onsite response or call-to-repair time and coverage window combinations in various durations to address your specific service needs.
Service-level options with call-to-repair times provide IT managers with support specialists who will quickly begin troubleshooting the system to help return the hardware to operating condition within a specified timeframe.
HPE Installation and Startup for EVA LE Storage SVC
Complementing HPE 4400 Enterprise Virtual Array or HPE P6300 Enterprise Virtual Array, the HPE EVA4400 and P6300 Disk Array Installation and Startup Service provides the necessary activities required to deploy the customer’s disk array into operation.
This service covers HPE EVA4400 arrays, HPE EVA4400 starter kits, and HPE P6300 EVA arrays, including both starter and combo kit models.
The service provides the necessary activities required to deploy the HPE EVA disk arrays into operation. With the assistance of the designated IT storage administrator, an HPE service specialist plans, designs, and deploys a customized array configuration.

vSphere is available in three packages:
• Package 1: VMware vSphere Essentials, Essentials Plus, or Standard Installation and Startup
• Package 2: VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus Installation and Startup
• Package 3: VMware vSphere custom installation—a Statement of Work (SOW)–based service that may include environment assessments, virtualization consulting, or custom installation and startup
Each service package includes a scheduled meeting with the Hewlett Packard Enterprise service specialist to prepare for the installation and deployment of the software package, configuration of the software, and a customer orientation session.
