With Wi-Fi 6 capabilities, high power Bluetooth and 802.15.4/Zigbee radios, and peak aggregate data rate of 2.97 Gbps, the 580 series delivers the speed and reliability needed for large enterprises and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) deployments.
These high-performance Wi-Fi 6 outdoor access points are IP66/67 rated to survive high wind, extreme temperatures, and moisture and can be quickly deployed using zero touch provisioning (ZTP). HPE Aruba Networking Central provides a single pane of glass for overseeing wired and wireless LANs, WANs, and VPNs. AI‑powered analytics, end‑to‑end orchestration and automation, and advanced security features are built natively into the solution. The 580 series outdoor APs include a limited lifetime warranty.

It offers stronger encryption and authentication with WPA3, protected credentials/keys storage for guest access with Enhanced Open, and user and IoT access policy enforcement firewalls (PEFs).
The 580 series simplifies policy enforcement by using the PEF to encapsulate all traffic from the AP to the gateway (or mobility controller) for end-to-end encryption and inspection.
For enhanced device assurance, our APs include an installed trusted platform module (TPM) for protected storage of credentials, keys, and boot code.
