Software HPE StoreOpen y Linear Tape File System (LFTS)
El software HPE StoreOpen para LTFS ha simplificado el proceso de utilizar el sistema de archivos de cintas lineales (LTFS) ya que permite aprovechar esta tecnología con mayor facilidad. LTFS permite que las cintas sean autodescriptivas, estén basadas en archivos y resulten sencillas de utilizar, además, proporciona a los usuarios la capacidad de realizar operaciones de archivo estándar en soportes de cinta para acceder, gestionar y compartir archivos a través de una interfaz que actúa como una unidad de disco duro. El software HPE StoreOpen para LTFS proporciona una interfaz gráfica de usuario nativa con diseño y aspecto familiar que ayuda a los usuarios de LTFS de Windows® y macOS a montar y utilizar volúmenes de LTFS. Los usuarios de Linux® acceden a todas las funcionalidades de LTFS a través de unas sencillas herramientas de líneas de comandos.
