El software HPE IMC Business Service Performance (BSP) es un módulo de Intelligent Management Center (IMC), diseñado para el soporte de centros de datos y campus grandes o sitios remotos que dependen de servicios centralizados. El software IMC BSP crea un panel de puntuación de estado del servicio integral para actividad, estado, disponibilidad y otros factores para cada servicio individual definido por el cliente. Panel de estado de servicios empresariales de extremo a extremo
El software HPE IMC Business Service Performance ofrece a los equipos de gestión del centro de datos, de entornos de sitios remotos que dependen de servicios centralizados y de red de entorno de campus grande una puntuación de la actividad y el estado agregada de nivel superior para servicios individuales.
El Software IMC BSP ofrece la puntuación de estado de la actividad para cada servicio empresarial configurado basándose en valores de estado agregados derivados de los valores de estado, utilización y disponibilidad para el hardware y el software usados para ofrecer ese servicio.
Esta puntuación de estado agregada permite una supervisión de ‘vista rápida' y alarmas para servicios que representan no solo las aplicaciones mismas, sino también bases de datos, interconexiones de red, servidores, entornos de máquinas virtuales y otros elementos que componen un servicio complejo.
Los datos utilizados en el cálculo de la puntuación de estado se compilan de datos en la plataforma IMC y, de forma opcional, datos adquiridos de Application Performance Manager (APM), Service Health Manager (SHM) y/o los módulos Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA), si están presentes. Se recomienda la presencia de APM.
El aporte de datos de la plataforma IMC a BSP proporciona gestión de la capacidad de servicio con entornos ESX, combinando el análisis de carga, la eficiencia de las máquinas virtuales, la supervisión de las máquinas virtuales zombie y las tendencias de capacidad. También se añade a la vista del centro de datos 3D.
El panel de parámetros de estado de servicio personalizable muestra resultados en tiempo real
La pantalla principal del software HPE IMC Business Service Performance es un panel personalizable que muestra los valores agregados para el servicio individual, así como los gráficos de tendencia para estadísticas y un Top 5 para los valores agregados. Todos los valores se muestran en tiempo real a los operadores de red.
