Are you looking for a rack to fit your compute requirements that is designed to perform at a reasonable price? Take the guesswork out of infrastructure with HPE purpose-built racks. Perfect for the server room or today's modern data center, HPE G2 Advanced Series Racks include a 3000 pound static capacity, design for better air flow, and cable management features. The welded frame is designed for durability and includes a door with greater perforation for better airflow. Designed for scalability, performance and ease of maintenance, G2 Advanced Series Racks include a rear bracket which eases installation and management of cable and power distribution. For those that require greater load capacity, HPE G2 Advanced Series Racks can be fully configured and shipped to your site. The HPE Rack family of products is optimized for your Infrastructure requirements now and in the future.
Do you require basic, reliable power in a flexible form factor that you can place where needed in the rack?
With simple 0U and 1U install options, HPE G2 Basic Power Distribution Units (PDUs) allow you to configure access to power in your rack where you need it the most. HPE G2 Basic PDUs provide a low-profile single-piece design for easy access to rear devices for maintenance.
Vertical PDUs can be installed on either side of the rack with outlets facing back for easy access and improved clearance. For higher power density configurations, install side by side on both sides of the rack with the outlets facing center.
Horizontal/Modular PDUs offer a modular architecture designed for data center customers who want to maximize power distribution and space efficiencies. The Control Unit or core can be mounted in any 1U space or in 0U space on the side of HPE Racks between the RETMA rails. Extension Bars mount directly to the frame so you can configure access to power where you need it.
Do you need a rack that helps fine-tune options to achieve more compute power in limited space? HPE G2 Enterprise Series Racks offer innovative physical security, structural integrity, cooling and cable management features and a wide choice of power and switching options to match your high-density IT requirements today and in the future. G2 Enterprise Series Racks have a 10-year limited warranty that provides either repair or complete replacement of the rack. We can offer this industry-leading warranty due to the highly durable design with fully-wielded, roll-form rack design, heavy-gauge rails, and heavy-duty castors. Select shock pallet models include packaging specifically designed to support the shipment of pre-configured racks with up to 3,000 pounds of IT equipment. Choose an HPE G2 Enterprise Series Rack for IT workloads that require a greater load capacity, additional physical security options or if you prefer a rack that can be fully configured and shipped to your site.
Looking for a flexible and accurate power distribution solution that supports both local and remote power management?
The HPE G2 Switched Power Distribution Unit (PDU) provides both local and remote power management for your IT racks. An LCD screen provides local monitoring and alert indications, while remote access and configuration are available through Secure Web, SNMP, CLI, or Telnet interfaces. Remote outlet monitoring offers ±1% billing grade accuracy while remote switching capabilities support power on/off functionality to remotely reboot equipment or restrict outlet usage. The G2 Switched PDU features a low-profile, single-piece design that provides multiple mounting options with ease of access to rear devices for maintenance. It is compatible with all Advanced and Enterprise Series racks, as well as with many non-HPE racks using standard button and keyhole mounting. Multiple options are available supporting vertical/0U configurations.
Looking for a flexible, accurate power distribution solution that allows metering and switching at the outlet level and supports both local and remote power management?
The HPE G2 Metered and Switched Power Distribution Unit (PDU) provides both local and remote power management with outlet-level power metering and switching. The G2 Metered and Switched PDU features a low-profile, single-piece design with multiple mounting options and ease of access to rear devices for maintenance. It is compatible with all Advanced and Enterprise Series Racks, as well as with many non-HPE racks using standard button and keyhole mounting.
Do you need rack level power monitoring over the network?
With billing grade accuracy, HPE G2 Metered Power Distribution Units (PDU) are an excellent choice for data centers wanting to make the most of circuit capacity or for co-location facilities needing to precisely track power usage for billing purposes.
The G2 Metered PDUs offer load segment power metering and have a low profile single piece design with multiple mounting options and ease of access to rear devices for maintenance. Designed for HPE racks but also work in a large variety of third party racks as well using standard button and keyhole mounting. They can be installed on either side of the rack with outlets facing the back of the rack for easy access and improved clearance. Also for higher power density they can be installed side by side on both sides of the rack with the outlets facing in towards the center of the rack. HPE G2 Metered PDUs are backed by HPE's limited 3-year warranty.
Want a switch for remote management of all your servers, network devices, and technology infrastructure?
HPE Enterprise IP KVM switches can allow an administrator to manage up to 1024 servers across two tiers from a single local console in cascaded environments. When tiered with additional HPE switches application installations and upgrades can be pushed to any server from the local console or remotely. HPE Enterprise IP KVM switches along with the IP Console Viewer allows remote access to multiple servers running various operating systems. Virtual Media allows a removable drive or ISO image to be remotely mapped to an attached server or a remote office. An intuitive Local Console User Interface provides menus for configuration, virtual media, display, security and upgrades that is the same as the On Board Web Interface (OBWI) used for remote management. Implement two-factor authentication to increase security in the data center with CAC compatibility.
