These dual-band semi-directional radios offer impressive range and the same great features as other enterprise-class access points, but without any ongoing subscription fees. The HPE Networking Instant On AP27 features integrated wall- or pole-mounting brackets in a ruggedized casing for flexible mounting configurations in outdoor environments. The HPE Networking Instant On Switch Series offers Power over Ethernet (PoE) 802.3af (Class 4) with a fully-integrated management experience in the Instant On mobile app or web portal.

The HPE Networking Instant On Outdoor Access Point AP27 features Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) which allows access points to handle multiple Wi-Fi 6 capable clients on each channel simultaneously, improving efficiency by boosting overall capacity and reducing latency.
Target Wake Time (TWT): Ideal for IoT devices that communicate infrequently, TWT establishes a schedule for when clients need to communicate with an AP, thereby reducing power consumption and extending client battery life.
Multiple Input, Multiple Output (MIMO) allows the access point to serve multiple clients (Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6) simultaneously.
