Is your IT power demand scaling faster than your cooling capacity? The HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling system allows for increased computing power without adding to the heat load in the data center. Using a closed-loop, room-agnostic design, the HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling system is capable of cooling fully populated racks, even with top bin processors. The horizontal airflow of the HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling system fully supports industry-standard front-to-back cooling designs and standard server dimensions. Additionally, the implementation of variable speed fans within the system, enables improved energy efficiencies by providing the right volume of airflow to all devices, regardless of the mounting position or workload. By increasing power density without the need for extensive cooling upgrades, the HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling system can economically extend the life of the data center.
Do you need to extend the capacity of your existing data center to support density-optimized systems without challenging the limits of your conventional cooling infrastructure? The HPE Modular Cooling System 200 helps you reap the benefits of high-density systems without the associated power and cooling challenges. This closed-coupled cooling solution removes high levels of heat, even with power consumption up to 55 kW in a single rack. Designed to extend the capacity of your data center, the HPE Modular Cooling System 200 uses modular fans and a dedicated air-to-liquid heat exchanger to cool heated rack components. Using the cooling efficiency of water, the system cools fully populated high-density racks and keeps them free of hot spots.
Do you require basic, reliable power in a flexible form factor that you can place where needed in the rack? With simple 0U and 1U install options, HPE G2 Basic Power Distribution Units (PDUs) allow you to configure access to power in your rack where you need it the most. HPE G2 Basic PDUs provide a low-profile single-piece design for easy access to rear devices for maintenance. Vertical PDUs can be installed on either side of the rack with outlets facing back for easy access and improved clearance. For higher power density configurations, install side by side on both sides of the rack with the outlets facing center. Horizontal/Modular PDUs offer a modular architecture designed for data center customers who want to maximize power distribution and space efficiencies. The Control Unit or core can be mounted in any 1U space or in 0U space on the side of HPE Racks between the RETMA rails. Extension Bars mount directly to the frame so you can configure access to power where you need it.
Want a switch for remote management of all your servers, network devices, and technology infrastructure?
HPE Enterprise IP KVM switches can allow an administrator to manage up to 1024 servers across two tiers from a single local console in cascaded environments. When tiered with additional HPE switches application installations and upgrades can be pushed to any server from the local console or remotely. HPE Enterprise IP KVM switches along with the IP Console Viewer allows remote access to multiple servers running various operating systems. Virtual Media allows a removable drive or ISO image to be remotely mapped to an attached server or a remote office. An intuitive Local Console User Interface provides menus for configuration, virtual media, display, security and upgrades that is the same as the On Board Web Interface (OBWI) used for remote management. Implement two-factor authentication to increase security in the data center with CAC compatibility.
Looking for a simple and intuitive solution that allows you to access and manage servers in your data center? HPE Advanced Analog KVM console switches allow you to view and manage up to 256 rackmount servers through a single user interface. They utilize a local On-Screen Display (OSD) interface, accessed through a rack console such as the HPE LCD8500, that provides intuitive menus for accessing each attached server or serial managed device. HPE Advanced Analog KVM console switches support an optional USB Remote Access Key that allow you to upgrade to KVM-over-IP functionality, providing remote access and management via the On-Board Web Interface (OBWI). Standard rack mounting of the console switch will share 1U (1.75-inch) of front panel rack space with the rack console. However, each model can also be mounted in a "zero U" profile by mounting in the side rails of the rack.
Do you need rack level power monitoring over the network?
With billing grade accuracy, HPE G2 Metered Power Distribution Units (PDU) are an excellent choice for data centers wanting to make the most of circuit capacity or for co-location facilities needing to precisely track power usage for billing purposes.
The G2 Metered PDUs offer load segment power metering and have a low profile single piece design with multiple mounting options and ease of access to rear devices for maintenance. Designed for HPE racks but also work in a large variety of third party racks as well using standard button and keyhole mounting. They can be installed on either side of the rack with outlets facing the back of the rack for easy access and improved clearance. Also for higher power density they can be installed side by side on both sides of the rack with the outlets facing in towards the center of the rack. HPE G2 Metered PDUs are backed by HPE's limited 3-year warranty.
Need remote access to servers and other serial managed devices in the rack?
HPE Enterprise Serial Console Servers provide remote access to headless servers such as those running Linux or UNIX, as well as serial managed devices such as network switches and routers. Available options support either 16 or 48 devices through a single IP address using any SSH or telnet client. With its powerful user access control and streamline management from the Virtual Media option, the HPE Serial Console Server grants access to specified users or even implements Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory authentication while allowing servers to access storage media. Security for servers is controlled by user names, passwords, access rights configured and stored in non-volatile memory in the Serial Console Server for up to 64 users or through RADIUS. The HPE Serial Console Servers offer the security, flexibility, and efficiency that meets the needs of the most demanding IT environments.
Looking for a flexible and accurate power distribution solution that supports both local and remote power management?
The HPE G2 Switched Power Distribution Unit (PDU) provides both local and remote power management for your IT racks. An LCD screen provides local monitoring and alert indications, while remote access and configuration are available through Secure Web, SNMP, CLI, or Telnet interfaces. Remote outlet monitoring offers ±1% billing grade accuracy while remote switching capabilities support power on/off functionality to remotely reboot equipment or restrict outlet usage. The G2 Switched PDU features a low-profile, single-piece design that provides multiple mounting options with ease of access to rear devices for maintenance. It is compatible with all Advanced and Enterprise Series racks, as well as with many non-HPE racks using standard button and keyhole mounting. Multiple options are available supporting vertical/0U configurations.
