O RESTful Interface Tool (iLOREST) usa a API RESTful iLO - em conformidade com a API Redfish - e oferece inventário, monitoramento e configuração de servidor para controlar alimentação, configurações de BIOS e iLO, recuperar logs de eventos, RAID e muito mais.

O modo de script permite que você escreva scripts para todos os comandos com o uso de um arquivo de entrada externo. O script contém uma lista de linhas de comando que permite obter e definir propriedades dos objetos do servidor.
O modo baseado em arquivo é similar aos arquivos conrep.dat usados pelo CONREP. O modo com base em arquivo suporta formatos de arquivo JSON.
