El chat en línea con expertos se brinda para que los clientes puedan obtener respuestas rápidas a preguntas técnicas sobre un producto de HPE. Las preguntas complejas que requieran respuestas detalladas pueden elevarse a incidencias de soporte según sea necesario.
Respuestas en foro de expertos: Los clientes pueden publicar preguntas y problemas o consultar el uso de productos en los foros de la comunidad de HPE.
Los especialistas de producto de HPE responderán en el plazo de dos días laborables a cualquier pregunta no resuelta que se haya publicado en el foro de la comunidad de HPE oficial para productos cubiertos por los servicios de soporte de HPE.
